The Drennan Vertex 13ft or MK2 14ft Float fishing rod has a nice through action which is great for playing fish and for avoiding hook pulls.
Lightweight and beautifully balanced with a fast tip action which provides excellent float control and line management.
At 14ft (4.27m) the extra length of this lightweight, well balanced rod provides improved float and line pick up to help you hit finicky bites.
Ideal reel lines are 2 1/2lb to 5lb breaking strain (0.14 to 0.20mm) fished straight through or with lighter hook links.
These fishing rods feature a high-grade cork handle with EVA casting grip, screw down reel seat, hook keeper ring, SiC guides throughout and stylish new Vertex branding.
