While inheriting the lineage of the Baleine 125F, the Baleine 160FL, which can be described as a heretic in its characteristics, has evolved with a strong individuality.
Equipped with Apia’s unique center of gravity movement system “Linear Engine (PAT.P)”, long cast performance has evolved significantly and the attack range has further expanded.
After landing on the water, the lure swims back at an angle of about 5 degrees, greatly reducing the chance of the lure slipping sideways. Real bait-like swimming does not give any discomfort to the predator and induces predatory behavior.
It covers a range from the surface to about 50cm and keeps swimming in a nearly horizontal position. The surfacing position from the reeling stop is almost horizontal with the head up, creating the effect of raising the nose of the weakened bait.
